- Refunds are only eligible if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
- Refunds are unavailable for completed courses or if any digital materials (videos, PDFs, downloadable content) have been accessed or downloaded.
- Refunds are available for accidental duplicate purchases or when technical issues prevent access to the course, provided our support team confirms the issue.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Registered email address
- Order ID or transaction number
- Reason for the refund request
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Additional Guidelines
- Refund requests made after 5 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of GeniusGlide.
- Multiple refund requests from the same user or account may result in the suspension of refund privileges.
- Refunds will not be issued due to failure to understand course requirements or course compatibility. Please review course descriptions and prerequisites before purchasing.
